Holocaust survivor Tomi Reichental was the guest of honour at a recent event aimed at promoting religious tolerance.

Held at the Phoenix Park residence of the US Ambassador to Ireland, the gathering was organised to mark the annual Thanksgiving holiday and was attended by faith leaders and representative of Ireland’s many religions and religious groups.

The US Chargé d’Affaires, who hosted the event, welcomed Mr. Reichental as well as the many guests before Thanksgiving dinner was served.
